Open Sessions

Welcome to our Open Pole Fitness Class, a space open to all skill levels—even first-timers! Whether you’re looking to practice the ‘Shape/Combo of the Week,’ work on your conditioning, or build on skills acquired in another class, this session offers you the flexibility to focus on what you wish. Instruction and inspiration are always available to guide you.

Beginner Class

Embark on your pole fitness journey with our 8-session progressive Beginners Course. Designed to help you build strength and master the basics, this course is the ideal entry point into the world of Pole Fitness. While we recommend attending twice a week for optimal progression, our flexible setup ensures you can pick up right where you left off, regardless of the session you attend. Classes are available on Mondays and Thursdays.

1-2-1 Sessions

Looking for personalised guidance? We offer 1-2-1 instruction for those who prefer a more individualised approach. This option is perfect for anyone who isn’t quite ready to join a class or wishes to focus on specific skills. Flexible packages are available to suit your needs.
